WARRANTY TERMS

We guarantee the authenticity of each watch and item we sell. The items come with manufacturer’s warranty period, on the watches normally two years, on the other items normally one year. If the item is defective contact us or directly the manufacturer within the warranty period explaining the problem. We will give you the instruction on what doing. Buyer must return the item at his own cost.

E.E.C. ORDERS:  We back this up with your choice of an exchange at full purchase price on any of our other items or a full refund minus a minimal 10% restocking fee. Notification has to be made within 72 hours of receipt and buyer first shipping back has to wait for our information where shipping and using which method. Buyer must return the item at his own cost. Items received for exchange or refund must be in an unused and undamaged condition, in the original box and including tags, warranty and all other paperwork. Refund or shipping of the new item will be done upon receipt of return. Refund is processed in the same manner as payment was made. We don’t refund the local taxes, the import duties and the charges paid by the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE E.E.C.: Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described or is with defect. The complaint has to be made by written within 72 hours of receipt. For returning the item the buyer has to follow our instruction (address, courier, etc.). Buyer must return item at his own cost. The buyer cans choice if exchanging the item with an other at full purchase price from our stock or for a refund. Items received for exchange or refund must be in an unused and undamaged condition, in the original box and including tags, warranty and all other paperwork. Refund or shipping of the new item will be done upon receipt of return. Refund is processed in the same manner as payment was made. We don’t refund the local taxes, the import duties and the charges paid by the buyer.

We don't accept shipments with delivery versus payment (COD). Our staff is not in condition to accept these.
